The shop is not comfortable and it has no hot water for the pedicure. The therapist did what she could with the resources she had. I would not recommend the shop. Very tired and old and unclean

Good wax, but would've appreciated a slightly more attentive approach. Was sat waiting for about 15/20 minutes before anyone approached me. Therapist left the room mid wax without covering me to speak to someone else. Happy enough with the end result, but little bit of an uncomfortable experience.

Overall experience was good. The last time I went was on a very cold day so the room I was waxed in was cold, but the therapist was lovely and put on the electric heater which warmed the toom quite quickly.
