To my surprise I was told that the wash was not included in the blowdry. What exactly are you blowDRYING, if the hair is already dry? They agreed to wash it which was nice considering they thought I hadn’t paid for that service but tbh with you it should be stated on the booking, that it doesn’t include a wash because I have never had a blowdry without a wash. After realising my hair was thick and curly and she cba to blowdry then straighten, she proceeded to straighten my WET CURLY HAIR 🫠
