The salon seemed lovely and so did the staff, however I got deep cleansing facial with extraction and firstly the tools used are extremely painful, so would not recommend for someone with low pain tolerance. Secondly, the extraction was not very thorough and I mentioned this was my main reason for getting the facial, big part of one side of my chin was just ignored. And thirdly, a mole on my nose has been damaged as they tried to remove it thinking it was a spot.
