I’ve tried lots of nail salons as I’ve moved around London but I really rate dream nails - they use gel bottle biab which has saved my nails

Best waxing I’ve never had , I almost didn’t feel any pain , the lady (unfortunately I don’t know her name)make me feel really comfortable .

Had a terrible experience, been multiple times and each time its a different therapist with varying degrees of experience and quality. The last pedicure was painful (therapist pushed the nailbed back very roughly and resulted in it being red and irritated), rushed and did not look neat in the end (I had to ask for a second coat since the first didnt cover properly).
Will not be returning, think they have had enough chances.
