Very upset. Lashes are curled and not lifted. I mentioned it when it was done and answer was that’s what most women want. I don’t think so! I use serum and have long lashes and just wanted them lifted up, instead they look super short and curled back now, that’s not a lift, I look awful and feel very uncomfortable. Wish I could reverse it :(
