Manicure was ok. Cuticle work was a bit rough but main concern here is how they seem to be reusing tools. It’s just dumped into a cup of liquid for sanitisation. There was a client who did her pedicure before me and the same tools seemed to be used for my manicure, which I found kind of gross.

The actual service provided here is amazing, I always walk away with excellent nails. But I can’t explain how frustrating it is that every time I book on treatwell, I get a phone call to say they can’t do the time I booked and can I do an hour earlier and I can’t they cant fit me in. Even worse is getting an email confirming my appointment has moved by two hours without even asking me. PLEASE sort this out, it’s appalling service.
