The actual service provided here is amazing, I always walk away with excellent nails. But I can’t explain how frustrating it is that every time I book on treatwell, I get a phone call to say they can’t do the time I booked and can I do an hour earlier and I can’t they cant fit me in. Even worse is getting an email confirming my appointment has moved by two hours without even asking me. PLEASE sort this out, it’s appalling service.

The service was impeccable as always, and the way they treated me was amazing. For the first time, I think my skin was very sensitive and the wax burned me 😢 I didn’t feel it at the time—I just felt like they were pulling the strips off very quickly. But when I got home, I saw my face was red and had burn marks. By yesterday (Sunday), it had already started to scab 😑🥲
’ve already treated it and I’m constantly applying burn cream ♥️ Despite everything, all was amazing. THANK YOU!
