i booked gel nails not knowing acrylic extensions won't be included. they made me pay £20 extra so total £55 though price on their website is £50, stating its Treatwell commission
1. the service was pretty average for the premium price they charge for a set of acrylic gel nails.
2. the technician cut my cuticles too deep that 2 of the nails started bleeding. i explicitly asked her to not cut my cuticles to prevent any further damage.
3 she took1.5 hour for the whole process which is way longer
