The service was diabolical. Guests' are waiting around the salon to start apointment. Constantly stop and starting treatment to answer phones. Working on 2 clients at once. Staff passive aggressively shouting at one another. Overall chaotic atmosphere, did not feel welcomed or relaxed. No offer of tea or coffee, with the amount I'm paying.
My nails are grooved from the side, one nail is bulbous and thick. Already peeling at the cuticle after a day. Won't be revisiting.

The best nail salon in London! I went there twice already and Trang is just amazing. She's very kind, highly skilled and extremely precise when doing nails. All the girls are very welcoming and I'm happy to say that after a few years changing constantly salons, I finally found the right one!
