I get my nails done here pretty often so this is quite a one off experience. The manicurist was friendly but seemed inexperienced. She nicked my cuticles and they were bleeding, and one of my nails also cracked during the filing. She mentioned that it would be fine with the gel but I quickly had to cut it off because it kept getting worse and now the polish is peeling off as well.
Would go back still as other times I’ve been have been great with no issues so it was just disappointing

The venue was bright and clean, and I was seen to promptly. My nail tech was really lovely and put up with me being indecisive about colours but she was so patient and accommodating. The manicure I had was also very well done. Will definitely be back!
