The male technician (there were only two technicians one male one female) did an OK job of my French mani and pedi but I felt it wasn’t good enough quality to justify the price or going back there. The line at the top was way too thick making it look like I’d done it myself. He rushed and cut my finger making it bleed when removing the cuticles. When doing my pedi he used boiling water - I had to ask 3 times for cold water to be added. No drink offered. Massage chair was nice. Ambience was stark

Best gel I’ve ever had!! No damaging tools and shortcuts like most places, they really took great care! Will be booking again soon
