Booking system needs work - waited over 35 minutes to get seen, which is ridiculous. Beautician was lovely however a full body wax took over 1 hour and 15 minutes. Longest I’ve ever experienced in over 10 years of waxing

The treatments I had done were great, I was very happy with them. My eye was burning during the lash lift and the therapist worked very quickly to resolve and make sure I was ok. The downside was the wait time. My appointment was at 12 and my treatments weren’t started until 1pm. I didn’t leave until 2.30… 2.5 hours for a lash lift and tint and a brow thread and tint is far too long. That being said, I would go again as the treatments were good.

I got a shellac manicure at this place and by far it is the worst. Not sure how they are with hair or waxing, but the Nails are not their expertise. My nails look like they were painted by a child. So poorly made. You could tell the lady is not experienced with nails. My nails got chipped the next day. Waste of money and time!
