Usually book half leg & Hollywood together but purposely only booked half leg & booked elsewhere for Hollywood as I’ve been expressing the wax temperature is too hot/burning but I’m not being listened too or accommodated, Infact I feel like I’m insulting the lady by her reaction to my concern. Also always misses a lot of hair, I literally feel I have to ask multiple times to go over the area again. If I don’t ask, she will only go over the area once, twice if you’re lucky. It’s a real shame.

I have been a customer more than a year with dream beauty I used to leave such great reviews from having great experiences but I’m sorry to say I will not return, I’ll be booking elsewhere. I voiced concern since late last year I have been telling the lady her waxing temperature is way too hot but she tells me it’s my body that’s cold BUT ITS NOT. Regardless I am the customer & I am feeling the pain, visibly in discomfort from being BURNED by the temperature. She also always misses so much hair
