For the simple fact I booked my appointment days in advance and paid in advance but unfortunately on the day of my appointment, I completely forgot as I had been extremely busy at work with unforeseen emergencies. She called me once I hadn’t turned up to the appointment and that’s when I remembered! I was mortified but she didn’t penalise me, instead she accommodated me with a later time that same day which was so nice of her. I really appreciated it so all worked out 😊
