Had a pedicure and toenail reconstruction again today, Simona is brilliant, I'm no longer ashamed to wear sandals as she's made my toenails look perfect
Pedicure
Terrible customer service I’m afraid. Gel nails were not capped & are peeling after 2 days. Needed to rearrange next appointment. Was told very bluntly that policy was 72 hours to change or I would have to pay to move the appointment. It was a legitimate need that meant I couldn’t attend. I completely understand having a policy, but good customer service is knowing when to waive it. Instead I lost the amount I had pre-paid for the treatment. I’m sorry, but I will not be using this salon again.

Great manicure and gel application, good choice of colours. Good attention to detail. Much better than any manicure I've had in the past. Salon was not busy, had pleasant music playing, drink offered, relaxing. I would happily go back again.
