The smoothest back 'n shoulders waxing I've ever had. Nice personnel, polite and professional. On the"to be improved" side of it I would recommend a better handling of the on-line payments system and their reception too. Personnel had not been aware of my one month in advance pre-payment of the service and for a moment it was me who had to prove I'd paid. The other thing was the absence of a fixed reception person who keeps a track of the appointments and their delays. There was a delay with me and I had to go and ask again one of the hairdressers, which was a bit awkward.
Staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive. Everything ran on time and overall was a great experience. Would recommend and will likely return.

Great place with great atmosfere. Very punctual, the appointment time was respected. Very nice and welcoming staff. The haircut was also great, they are good proffesionals. For me it's important how my hair looks, they exceeded my expectations. The barber that worked on me did a great job. Would definitely go again.
I went in to drakes to buy a gift voucher for my boyfriend. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. My boyfriend was very happy with the services and have already booked in his next appointment. Great value for the money!
