Natalia, the staff member here, was absolutely lovely, and provided a lot of information about why she was doing what she was doing. Unfortunately I was unable to get a deep massage as I was starting to get sick, but Natalia gave me some great follow-up advice that was very helpful. Lovely woman and I will hopefully be back one day, once I save a little money for another treat!
