Savi and Charlotte were just as genuinely warm, welcoming and wonderful as my first session 4 weeks prior. What made it a bit better this time around was we exchanged more warming pleasantries such as openly sharing how our weeks had been both professionally and personally. This year certainly has been challenging for us all, and having brief and warm small talk is really comforting especially in a personal environment like the clinic. Save and Charlotte are excellent workers and amazing women.
