I opted for a full body massage and I wasnt offered a blanket and had to ask for a towel to cover the half that wasnt being massaged. The towel given was tiny and damp.
The room was cold. The massage wasnt a massage, more of of lathering tonnes of oil into my skin.
I wasnt asked any questions or told anything-no customer care. The therapist was also yawning throughout the "massage"
