I was expecting hands on treatment after consultation due to severe back pain, apart from that consultation went very well. Dr linger Patel seems very knowledgeable and experienced Ayurveda practitioner. I wish if diet plan had more choices.

The 1 hour Shirodhara treatment was an experience of letting go and relaxing. I slept like a baby throughout the night and awoke refreshed. Shirodhara @ Patel Ayurveda is now going to be a fortnightly ritual of wellbeing. I highly recommend it.
