They're so lovely and so accommodating with what you want for your nails. It was my first time getting poly gels and it was exactly what I wanted ahead of my holiday.

The main thing that I've noticed since I've been going to Dr Nail for several years is that all of the nail techs are competent and efficient BUT customer service varies wildly. Some staff are polite, friendly and handle your fingers/toes gently as if you are an actual human. Other staff are brusque and sullen, the way they touch you is so rough and borderline painful. Your nails will always look nice when you leave but your customer experience could be wonderful or awful.
