Been coming for years - this was the worst experience I've had. My hands were treated like pieces of meat; he pulled and put pressure on them, even when I winced, he didn't change the way he handled me... nails came out okay but def not my best experiencel.

My nails, as always, look fantastic. This time I had a woman as my technician and there was a huge noticeable difference with the way she handled me. This technician was very gentle and didn't hurt me at all, this just goes to show that the men are being intentionally rough with me because the rough handling and extra fast drill is not necessary to get the job done.
