I'm a repeat customer, the nails are always high quality and look beautiful, you are seen on time for your appointments and the salon is bright, modern and clean. Sometimes the salon is quite busy and loud but it's easy to book at 'off-peak' times. All the nail techs are talented but some are unfriendly and lack customer service skills. On this occasion my tech was lovely which is why I rated her 5/5.
