Customer service wasn’t great today. I had an appointment I was sat waiting for 10 minutes before I was approached by a technician. Who asked me to sit in a chair. She then started another customer who walked in after me. I was sat waiting for another 15 minute with no apology, explanation nothing. Sorry but a 25 minute silent wait is unacceptable poor customer service.
