My pedicure experience end result was exactly what I wanted. But my experience with the staff was not so great, I made my booking online, and choose the member of staff I wanted to carry out my pedicure. They started my pedicure and not even halfway through stopped, and a next lady began to start my pedicure. I made her aware that I had a booked with following staff member to be told they had another booking. and while trying to explain to her I mad my booking online she rudely walked away and Ignored my explanation. I find this very unprofessional & rude, that no one spoke to me before my treatment started to advise me that the technician I have booked in with is doubled booked and would I mind someone else. As far as I’m concerned if I’ve made a booking online with a named technician I would like to believe this will be the person carrying out my treatment.
