I prepaid and was tricked by the therapist into choosing a colour that she didn’t inform me was an extra cost until after it was applied. She shouted at me and humiliated me. A man joined her and refused to allow me to leave the salon if I didn’t give him £10 more or destroy the nails. I explained I hadn’t been informed. He said it’s written in the sample. It wasn’t. So then he called me a liar saying he told her to tell me so he knew she had. He bullied me until I gave him extra money. Awful
