I had an appointment booked at 4, once entering I was not acknowledged so I just took a seat however when it got to about 4:15 I said I had made an appointment the lady then asked me how and I soad via Treatwell. She said she never knew as they don’t really checked treatment and that I would have to wait a further 30 mins. I didn’t really have 30 mins as I had a gym class booked. After realising I had already payed I said how do I do go about getting my money back and they said to call Treatwell at this point I just couldn’t be bothered with the process so I thought I would wait the 30 mins and get charged for missing my Gym class. The 30 minute wait was actually a 1hour and 30 mins wait until I was seen. It was explained after that it was a emergency and that they were short one staff but I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know so I didn’t waste my day of in the nail shop. It’s a real shame as this salon is so close to me and i was hoping it could be my new local but after the lack of professionalism I don’t really want to attempt it again. I was let Of £2 at the end as I got powder instead of shellac.
