I was asked if I would like my nails cut to the same length which I said yes to. This did not happen. I was asked what shape for my nails. I said square. This did not happen. My nails were not cut or shaped and the polish on the thumb nail probably could do with another coat. However I am happy with the nail design, but I am unable to give the whole 5 stars due to the above factors.
