This salon is great overall, what makes the difference is which tech I have. My tech was AMAZING! Fantastic attention to detail, she was very gentle with me and we had a lovely chat for part of the service and comfortable silence when I had work emails to attend to. Customer service is very important to me and if the tech has a sullen and sulky attitude, I won't enjoy the service as much. We don't always have to chat, but it's nice when we can.
