I have been going here for the last couple of years and find they are very thorough and neat with my nails. They don't really talk to you so mostly it's sitting in silence whilst they speak to eachother, so atmosphere could be better. The prices seem to have gone up significantly since lockdown - I think it was about £16 for a gel manicure and is now £23, so 50% increase. Not too surprising after what must have been an extremely difficult year for them, and pricing closer to what others charge
