When I discovered the place, it was nice and clean and the customer service was acceptable. I was very happy with the work done on my nails. Since its my natural nails I am very particular about how its done. But now the standard of work has gone down, twice that I have gone back for a nail to be fix. The place is now crowded, they added more tables and looks like a market place. The customer service is now terrible, actually its non existent. I experienced extremely rude staff today.
