I had a french manicure and it looked lovely when done. A few hours later the top coat had crack badly. I went into the salon the next day to let them know without any expectations. They offered to redo the whole job and made me an appointment at my convenience without any issues Straight away. My new polish was so gorgeous and I loved the service so I went back for a pedicure the same evening! Great customer service and no feelings of awkwardness. I’ll certainly be going back.
