I purchased an offer on treatwell! I was seen 15 mins after my appointment time and when it was time to do my hands, I had to leave for the school run. I asked if I could come back later that day or in the week. They told me to pay them directly and they’d cancel by booking on the app which was discounted. I ended up paying £35 for my treatment. I won’t be returning again.
