SNS dip extension: The guy did a great job. My nails look amazing! I wanted a shorter length than he's used to, he pushed back, said the extensions might break easily. I insisted & it came out fine. He was fast & didn't complain at my requests to refile/reshape 'just a touch' etc. Definitely a customer focused approach which was nice.
I read online later that it's unhygienic for clients to put their fingers in the same tub of powder. Not sure about dip powder now but I'll def be back!

Usually have a good experience here but had a new guy this time and the pedicure wasn't great. Very rough and heavy handed, forgot the hot towel part of the treatment and had to redo painting one of my nails. Not terrible but just not the best this time.
