I’m a regular here and will continue to visit but I was quite disappointed by the lack of customers wearing a mask when I visited this week. All staff wore one and were being cautious but both customers either side of me didn’t wear one. The colour I had applied to my nails wasn’t quite as it looked on the display and is also very patchy but it could just be a poor colour choice on my part. All previous experiences at Dr Nails & Beauty have been good.

Really disappointed, I love this nail bar but my last experience was terrible. I don’t know if it was because they were busy but the shape & paint job is awful. I kept asking for them to fix the shape but it seemed impossible. I’ve never seen gel varnish like this before, it’s so lumpy & extremely poor. I’d got bored of asking them to fix it so I left - sadly I’d already pre-paid. Annoyed I have these nails for the Christmas period.
