My last appointment was not good. I left with a re-growth look having had SNS on natural nails. My nails chipped and one or two
even lifted which was a surprise as I was on holiday so no chores! Very disappointing. I re-booked as I have not had any previous issues and expressed my disappointment, even showed photos of my nails after a week - sadly the complaint was not addressed.

First time using Dr Nails and I will be bac!. Price for Pedi and mani with polish was very reasonable. Also had a hand/foot massage which was excellent for my aching limbs.
Staff were friendly, welcoming and my nails look lovely.

This is my third time coming to Dr Nails and there's probably 2 nail techs that are AMAZING ... Everyone else is hit or miss which is a shame. It's so expensive, so to not get what you've actually asked and paid for is disappointing.
Unless you ask for a good tech, be conscious that your nails might just be ok
