Didn’t ask what shape nail I would like just started doing what he wanted then took several attempts to do the correct pattern before asking one of the ladies to take over. All they do is talk about the customers in there language which I find very rude!

The person wasn’t friendly, quite rude and abrupt. No care taken. Quality of my shellac polish debatable as could still see my nails under it.
Had to wait for a while after our appointment to be seen. Won’t be coming back again.
