Been going here for awhile recently the service hasn't been good my latest experience seems like they over book and are running a conveyor belt system I had 2 different nail techs doing my nails. when I arrived at my station there was nail clippings all over it not hygienic wasn't nice and not cleaned before service started also felt rushed seemed like I was an inconvenience such a shame as they do lovely nails just need to be more customer focused and cleanliness needs to improve
