The customer service was not up to standard the staff were unapproachable,rude dismissive and not inclusive I had a genuine concern and they treated me with disregard lack of eye contact, ignoring me in a shop full of ppl, They preceded to speak in cultural language remarks about my queries they treat people like numbers not clients even if you have a booked appt & loyalty card I fully paid for all services but I will not be going back because of the traumatic treatment received.. be aware

This reviewis for the service i received today on the 9th june. I felt awkward saying something when service was completed so I called up the minute i stepped out of the salon to say i was unhappy with the look of the nails as they were so thick, and also why the take off service was so much more expensive than when sns is removed...makes no sense. The response was that there is nothing they can do and came across as they dont care. Such a shame they don't care that a regular customer is unhappy
