This is my third time coming to Dr Nails and there's probably 2 nail techs that are AMAZING ... Everyone else is hit or miss which is a shame. It's so expensive, so to not get what you've actually asked and paid for is disappointing.
Unless you ask for a good tech, be conscious that your nails might just be ok

I’ve been a regular customer for over four years but the quality is deteriorating and ive not been happy with the shellac.On Friday I waited 30 mins even though I was on time for my appointment - I don’t mind that so much if the quality is good.
However on Friday I told my pedicure technician they were hurting me twice with the foot grater and I’ve got home to one bad wound on my left heel and two on my right foot, with it being very sore to walk. I think the technician wasn’t paying attention
