I always go to Dr Nails but I’m finding that the staff are becoming more and more rude. Overall, the business is not run very well and the language barrier means that sometimes they can get things wrong but blame you for it. The staff rush and are rude. I’m surprised that they have such good reviews to be honest. I don’t normally complain but the last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had a bad experience.

The person who did by nails made me bleed with the nail file. Proceeded to use the wrong base coat and non-SNS polish. His colleagues told him in another language and they laughed about it even though I had said. He then switched to the proper method. They were closing so he did not start again, my obviously then nails chipped within days and I had to treat my own wound with antiseptic.
