I used to love this salon but the quality keeps getting worse and worse and the prices higher and higher. I’ve been going here since 2018 but I am not sure anymore. Last time I got a pedicure (2 weeks) the finished result was terrible and another therapist had to literally redo the entire thing, I spent 2 and a half hours there for a pedicure. Went to get my infills on Monday… terrible! Bumpy nails and awfully shaped. They don’t listen to you! Every time I’ve gone there lately I’ve left unhappy

I was okay. Overall 3/5 because I felt especially as a person new to nails there was little support - would have appreciated a more welcoming and open minded vibe in terms of customer service. Also I had an appointment at 16:05 but wasn’t seen till around 16:30 which was annoying since I had somewhere to be after.
