The lady doing my nails was new guessing her first day, was polite and the most conversation Iv ever had since going there only downfall was my nails were all different lengths and she basically took my old polish off with the electric machine which then has caused my actual nails to break. Would of been better if someone was watching over her maybe but very polite lady.

Missed few step as described from the booking , it seems that if you don’t remember what you have booked they don’t do every process as expected is not the first time . Could be because the guy was new not sure I’ll give a good overall experience but if I was a new customer I would be confused
