Mixed experience. Their quality of work is good. My nails kept breaking with biab and went back twice to get fixed. I asked to change to acrylic as this shouldnt be happening and was expected to pay full price despite asking to change initially.

Overal was an okay experience the lady who did my mini manicure at the end was nice and I was pleased with the end result. However I didn’t appreciate the rushed impatient manner of one of the nails specialist, I was treated as if I had just been squeezed in meanwhile I had booked an appointment. Next time I would appreciate more patience and respect, for example actually telling me ‘hi am going to do’ this rather than randomly taking my fingers every so often when a nail stylist had time.
