I'm a long time repeat customer but I'd taken a break due to a few consecutive bad experiences. The bad experiences were due to customer service, not technical skills or results. My nails always look good when I leave Dr Nail. My most recent visit was very good, I had a tech that has never worked on me before and she was very friendly and gentle. My nails look great.

The whole experience was incredible the woman I had was so lovely and knew exactly what I wanted just by showing her one picture for a few seconds. I’m obsessed with my nails and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.
