Unfortunately all the nails my friend had 3 weeks ago lifted off and I also had a few issues with my nails. We felt the attitude when we complained could have been better. They did give us each 10% discount and although this time was an improvement we remain a little disappointed in the final result. Having seen Linda for the past year who was brilliant, and Ruby who was also good, we both think that the rest of the team are lacking customer service and could refine their technique.
