My nails look good but my tech was very rough and he handled me like I'm not a woman, gripping my fingers too hard and basically stabbing my hands using the brush to dust off the debris. The "drill" was so fast and hot it kept burning me. I did speak to the tech and he ignored me. I always spoke to a different member of staff and he also ignored me. The women techs tend to be a lot gentle and equally skilled.

Customer Service is not great depending on your background arrived first then lady after me was seated first ,no welcome from therapists was busy talking amongst them self in own language felt so un comfortable, so did Clent next to me .
