I was a long time happy customer but recently the attitude of the tech/s and customer service has changed so dramatically, for the worse that I'm no longer feeling welcome and as comfortable. I'm hoping this was just a blip. The actual nail service remains very good and virtually painless. I will book again and see how I feel.
