Treatment bought as gift. Was given extra treatment time without being asked then was charged for it at the end. Wad specifically booked for medical purposes (as stated per treatment options) and doctor had no knowledge of medical options/ guidance. Language barrier was massive issue, particularly when pushily trying to sell ‘medicine’ at end of treatment, but not being able to explain what the medicine was for. Accupuncture was okay but the other issues ruined the experience.
