I booked to have a large skin tag removed from my eyelid, Dr Fran communicated before the booking and on the day everything went really smoothly. Her new clinic was clean and comfortable and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable, I felt at ease with the whole process.
She gave a good explanation of what to expect after treatment and she was absolutely right. The skin tag has now gone and you wouldn't be able to tell it was ever there. I am so grateful.
