This was the best deep tissue massage I've had. I've had some good massages recently in other places but would have like if they could have gone harder. My masseuse, Lily, gave me a very deep massage and applied lots of pressure just like I wanted!

The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and the masseuse was fantastic. It's the first time after having a deep tissue massage that I can say that it really was a deep tissue. Lisa was very strong and very good at finding the problem areas and working hard to release the pressure there. I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend Dr and Herbs to a friend.

I came to this place with low back pain and left with the same pain and with extra neck pain. The massage practitioner was using wood tools during the massage, which left bruise on half of my back. Next day when I came back to complain and ask for help, the lady (dr?) was very rude and didn't want to talk to me. She didn't even want to check my back, she was just saying that this is not from the massage and if I want I can go to GP.
I'm very disappointed with the service and with the place, unfortunately the worst massage place which I ever visited. It was my first visit at this place and for sure last. Hopefully my back soon will be better.
