Overall the treatments were done well, professionally and efficiently. But the communication here is very bad. It was the first time I was having the treatment and I wasn't talked through it at any point, then in between was left in the treatment room without being told what was happening or for how long.

Really amazing massage. I added this on the a bundle I already had and it makes the treatment so much better.
4 stars for cleanliness as although my treatment room was nicer than las time, it smelled a bit damp downstairs .
