I had put off getting help for a nagging golfing pain in shoulders but decided to do something about it. I'm glad I did as Ails was very patient and friendly and spent some time with me discussing which areas to work on. Ails uses her own blends she told me and it was interesting as her expertise showed, she knew what she was doing. She showed me how to apply the balm her company makes for pain relief and it was a nice touch that she gave me a free jar to apply on my shoulders every day. Pain is considerably reduced and just feels a lot less stiffer, even moving the steering wheel driving made me flinch before. The whole area is just a lot less painful. Thank you Ails.
